Please contact the agency to have the latest update upon arrival of the vessel. The local agent will assist you wherever possible to easy the retreve of your goods from the port. Be aware that the you always have the original B/L available to collect your goods at destination. In case of problems, always have your file number or chassis number avaiable before calling your booking agent or local agent.
